The present study aims to closely examine the effects of experiential factors of festivals(deviation, placeness, entertainability, flow) on visitors’ satisfaction, revisit intention, and willingness to recommend. The results indicate that first, entertainability and placeness affect visitors’ satisfaction, respectively, second, there shows causal relationship between experiential factors of festivals and revisit intention, third, entertainability and placeness bring about willingness to recommend. The results of the present study also suggests that the stronger revisit intention is, the stronger willingness to recommend. The conclusion of the present study could be stated thus: experiential factors have a large impact on satisfaction with festivals, revisit intention, and willingness to recommend. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a variety of experiential programs to reinforce experiential factors of existing festivals and to have their own identity.
