This paper is to study the effects of positive emotion and affinity on intra-individual patterns of organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees. To attain this study's purpose, this study used multi-level analysis. the results of empirical analysis are as follows; First, at the intra-individual level, experience-sampled positive emotion predicted experience-sampled evaluations of organizational citizenship behaviors over time. Second, cross-level interaction between affinity and positive emotion predicted intra-individual patterns of organizational citizenship behavior. Compared to less affinitive employees, high affiniyive employees reported both engaging more often in organizational citizenship behavior and more consistent patterns of such behaviors. Namely, their engagement in these behaviors was less dependent on their momentary positive emotion.
