The human resources, especially tour conductor in travel industry was studied as a part of travel product in advanced studies so far despite of being proved the importance of their services as a front line employee in all-inclusive tour(package tour). Thus this study was carried out service evaluation scale which was developed only for tour conductor in all-inclusive tour. The purpose of this study was conducted to verify the developed service evaluation factors of tour conductor, and also to find out the relationship between tour conductor service factors and travel satisfaction and the intention to recommend. To achieve this purpose, it was conducted survey of travellers who had an experience all-inclusive tour with tour conductor, and it was used 300 collected data for analysis. The results showed that service attitude, managing tour itinerary, optional tour and shopping and international manner and job commitment were verified with travel satisfaction and travel recommendation intention positively. however, the airport service and travel information were not effected on dependent variables. These results were proved the importance of tour conductor services to satisfy the tourists in all-inclusive tour as a front line employee in travel industry, therefore more implication related with travel agencies and travel industry were suggested in conclusion.
