The foodservice industry needs to obtain high level of cooperation among the managers and members for the effective job performance. This study is going to suggest practical leadership paradigm idea by servant leadership. The survey was conducted from the 1 Feburary to 15 Feburary in 2015 A total of 270 questionaries were distributed and 243 questionnaires were used for the final analysis data analysis. Collected questionnaires applied SPSS18.0 for descriptive statistic analysis, analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis and it used AMOS 20.0 for statistical hypothesis testing. According to this study the servant leadership could directly affect on collective efficacy, organizational member's creative and innovative behavior by delegation, supporting, coaching and feedback factors. According to this study the servant leadership gives authority to group members, supporting, coaching staff as well as feedback. These factors are different type of leadership from the traditional leadership style therefore the servant leadership could deliver motivation and active behavior in practical hotel industry for an effective outcomes.
