The purpose of this study is to find out effects of organization commitment and job satisfaction of domestic casino employees on education and training participation motivation. For the above purpose, 501 questionnaires were used in the analysis. And this study applied exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis and independent T-test for hypotheses’s test. In conclusion, the results of this study are as follows: First, organization commitment had a significant effect on education and training participation motivation. Second, job satisfaction had a significant effect on education and training participation motivation. Third, there are significant differences in education and training participation motivation between high perception group and low perception group of organization commitment. Fourth, there are significant differences in education and training participation motivation between high perception group and low perception group of job satisfaction. Therefore, the management of casino industry should consider employees’ organizational commitment and job satisfaction for effective education and training.
