This research is based on Communication Satisfaction which is a crucial factor for organizational society and human relations. The purpose of the research is to heighten the performance and service quality of a hotel organization. This objective can be fulfilled by empirically identifying its employees' Communication Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job performance and by providing practical data of employees' Job Performance. Bearing this research objective in mind, conducting a pilot study and empirical analysis could deduct the following result. Firstly, Communication Satisfaction could be divided into two factors: a communication atmosphere and prospective organizational consolidation. Of these two factors, the former has a huge impact on the internal factors and the latter on both the internal and external factors. Both the internal and external factors are sub-factors of Job Satisfaction. Secondly, a prospective organization consolidation, one of sub-factors in Communication Satisfaction, has a huge impact on Organizational Commitment. Thirdly, It has a huge impact on Job Performance. Based on this research, it is essentially important to create stable and comfortable communication atmosphere for employees and allow them speak freely without any pressure.
