This study was conducted to identify the influence of the incentive tour quality on perceived service value and psychological well-being. The survey was carried out amongst employees working at companies in partnership with BC card and 330 questionnaires were analyzed. The collected questionnaires were to conduct its reliability and regression analysis using the SPSS 17.0 statistical package program. This research used two factors of incentive tour quality such as extra service, core services. The result of the study showed that incentive tour quality had a significant effect on the perceived service value. And also perceived service value was significant effect on the psychological well-being. Therefore this study suggests that the development of incentive tour quality require the activation of employees. The results of this study contribute academically and practically to advancing incentive tour quality.
