This study is focusing on the dyadic relationship of hotel employees' self-efficacy and organizational commitment, job performance, and is trying to testify the influence of corporate evp(employee value proposition) on organizational commitment and job performance, meanwhile the study is trying to testify the affects of hotel self-efficacy on the organizational commitment and job performance. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees' of the Deluxe Hotel(20) in Seoul area. for 30 days from September 1 to 30 in 2013. The Valid data were gathered from 358 questionnaires among 400 and analyzed by using SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0)The results of this study could be summarized as follows; First, the more the employee value proposition(capability recognition, mutual trust, compensation, growth development) is, the more the influence to self-efficacy they perceived. Second, the more the employee value proposition(capability recognition, mutual trust) is, the more the influence to organizational commitment they perceived. Third, the more the employee value proposition(capability recognition, mutual trust) is, the influence to job performance they perceived. Fourth, the more the self-efficacy is, the more the influence to organizational commitment. Fifth, the more the job rotation is, the more the influence to job performance. At the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications, human resources management for the effective industries policies.
