This study is to empirically investigate the influence relation of the education and training program on wine targeting the food & beverage employees of the major luxury hotels in Busan area and their internal motivation and job satisfaction. The three factors of professionality, systemicity, and practicality were derived to measure the education and training program on wine, and internal motivation and job satisfaction were measured and analyzed by a single factor. The results and implications of the empirical analysis of the study were as follows. Firstly, it was revealed that no other than practicality had an impact on the internal motivation in the education and training program on wine. It was determined that practical training targeting the food & beverage employees of the major luxury hotels in Busan area which could actually be integrated into the field was needed. This was because most of wine education in the hotels tended to focus on the theories, which could lead to cause many problems at the services of the food & beverage employees of the hotels for the customers. Therefore, it is considered that the executives and managers of the hotels and wine education instructor should outgrow the hotel-oriented way to perform the practical training through the association of wine education with the assigned task, the wine and food combination, and the wine sales techniques. Secondly, it was revealed that systemicity and practicality had an impact on the job satisfaction in the education and training program on wine. It was revealed that motivation of the participants in the wine education, action for the education and training accomplishments, and the appropriate evaluation of the participants by the wine education instructor had a synergy effect on the job satisfaction. In addition, it is considered that continuous participation in the education should be induced in order that practicality could bring about job satisfaction and training programs and sales techniques which could actually be integrated into the field should be carried out. Thirdly, internal motivation was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction. It was revealed that a sense of accomplishment for the training of employees, a sense of responsibility for wine sales, and self-confidence in recommending wine to the customers should bring about internal motivation, increasing job satisfaction.In conclusion, the executives and managers of the major luxury hotels in Busan area and wine education instructors should be practical and systematical in conducting the wine education of the food & beverage employees and continuous participation in education should be induced to increase internal motivation and job satisfaction. It is considered that job satisfaction of employees should improve the customer service level, which could be a great help to improve the operation performance of the hotel. Finally, the statistical analysis of this study, by using the statistics education of SPSS 18.0 for windows, was made empirically through the simple and multiple regression analyses in order to examine frequency analysis, factor analysis (principal component analysis, varimax rotation), and reliability analysis and to examine their relationships among each characteristics.
