This study is intended to closely examine relationship between medical tourism professionals' job embededness enabling a medical tourism service organization to be maintained and organizational commitment in the aspect of fundamental increase in organizational effectiveness. This study is intended to closely examine relationship between job embededness with organizational commitment in the aspect of fundamental increase in organizational effectiveness as job embededness enables a medical tourism service organization to be maintained. And in order to empirically analyze what role the variety of compensation selections recognized by the members of organization in such relationship played in relationship between job embededness and organizational commitment, data were collected through a survey among 185 medical tourism professionals in charge of practical business affairs in medical tourism industry. The data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows Version 18.0 utilizing frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and moderating effect analysis. As a result, it was shown that medical tourism professionals' job embededness had a significant effect on organizational commitment. And it was proved that the variety of compensation selections have a significant moderating effect on relationship between two variables.
