본 연구는 한우 경락가격과 지육가격에 대한 각 형질별 기여도를 알아보기 위해 한국종축개량협회에등록되고 축산물품질평가원에서 등급판정 결과 및 경락가격이 있는 한우 거세우 166,918두의 자료를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 향후 한우산업 발전의 도움이 되는 자료로 활용하고자 실시하였다. 한우 거세우의 경락가격에 대한 도체중, 배최장근단면적, 등지방두께 및 근내지방도의 준부분상관자승값은 각각 0.001, 0.010, 0.031 및 0.435로 나타났고 지육가격에 대한 준부분상관자승값은 각각 0.153,0.007, 0.021 및 0.274로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 경락가격에 따른 도체중, 배최장근단면적, 등지방두께 및 근내지방도의 기여도는 각각 0.17%, 2.02%, 6.52% 및 91.30%로 나타났으며 지육가격에 따른 기여도는 각각 33.54%, 1.54%, 4.69% 및 60.23%로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 경락가격과 지육가격에 대한 각 형질별 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 개량방향 설정에 반영하고 우수한 품질의 고급육 생산으로 국가경쟁력을 강화해야 할 것으로 사료된다.
The study data were obtained from 166,918 Hanwoo steer in Korea Animal ImprovementAssociation, and carcass record data from the Korea Institute for Animal Products QualityEvaluation, were utilized to analyze the effects of improvement on carcass traits and auctioncost and the level of contribution of improvement to prices. The semi-partial correlation squarevalue about auction price of carcass weight, eye muscle area, backfat thickness and marblingscore were 0.001, 0.010, 0.031 and 0.435, respectively, and those of dressed carcass cost were0.153, 0.007, 0.021 and 0.274, respectively. The levels of contribution of carcass weight, eyemuscle area, backfat thickness, and marbling scores to auction cost were shown to be 0.17%,2.02%, 6.52%, and 91.30%, respectively, and those of dressed carcass cost were shown to be33.54%, 1.54%, 4.69%, and 60.23%, respectively. In the case of both auction cost and dressedcarcass cost, the levels of contribution of marbling scores were the highest. These results areconsidered utilizable as analysis data for grasping farm profitability and for estimating economicfarm revenues in farms and the Hanwoo industry.
