In modern society, labor is a word that has been assigned the value in the formation process of ethics notion towards individuals, society and nation. Regarding the area in which the market or economy is relatively independent from the state power, the labor has been recognized as an act that should be managed by the society and ethics although the labor been a free act economically since the advent of modern concept. Moreover, the word, ‘labor’, is deeply associated with complex ethics consciousness, such as survival, self-realization, and contribution to social and state, etc. When we recall that modern notion of order is in conflict with the reality, forming cyclical modern imagination, and has the function of sustaining the modernity, there is an increasing need for analysis of relationship between conceptual structure of the ‘notion of order’ and its social context. Thus, this study was intended to examine social effects that might be associated with the segmental structure inherent in modern labor view based on the process by which the labor becomes meaningful with the advent of the words such as ‘labor’ and ‘worker’ and distribution process.
