The purpose of this study is to explore relationship between transformational leadership and spiritual maturity among Sunday school teachers in Korean Evangelical Holiness Church. In order to achieve this purpose, this study examined these problems; what are the preferred leadership styles, what level of spiritual maturity is, and how much leadership’s styles effected spiritual maturity. This study analyzed the data form 72 Sunday school teachers of the Korean Evangelical Holiness Church, who attended the Sunday school teacher conference. The data analysis included mean, ANOVA, paired t-test, and multi regression analysis. The findings are as follow:1. There was significant difference among age levels in terms of spiritual maturity. 2. Preferred leadership style was trans -formational leadership and transactional leadership. There was no significant difference between transformational leadership and transactional leadership. 3. Transformational leadership affected the spiritual maturity. 4. The element of charisma and individual consideration in the transformational leadership affected the spiritual maturity. Based on these results there are some conclusions as follows:1. The training of transformational leadership program is necessary for the raising spiritual maturity of the Sunday school teachers. 2. Especially, the training program aimed for building and exercising the charisma and individual consideration is necessary for the raising spiritual maturity of the Sunday school teachers
