이 논문은 모국어가 지배적인 태국 내 한국어교육에 대해 경험적으로 접근하면서 그 양상을 살피고 몇 가지 전략의 사례들을 제시하여 관련 연구자들의 실제적이고 효율적인 방법을 모색하는데 한 계기가 될 것을 기대하고 있다. 모국어가 지배적인 환경에서의 한국어교육은 전제가 될 배경에 대한 고려에서부터 시작된다. 태국 내 한국어교육이 지니고 있는 배경으로는 세 가지를 들 수 있다. 학습자들이 한국어로 의사 소통를 할 수 있는 상대자나 한국어 조력자가 없는 상태에서 고립적으로 학습을 해야 한다는 점, 교수진과 학습자 간에 매개 작용을 할 수 있는 매개어로서의 외국어 선행 학습능력이 부족하다는 점, 교육과정․교육내용․교수－학습 전략의 설정과 공유가 가능한 공적인 네트워크가 없다는 점 등이다. 이러한 배경 하에서 이루어지는 태국 내 한국어교육에서는 우선적으로 체계적인 교육내용을 마련하는 것이 필요하며 여기에는 한국의 국어교육의 내용체계가 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 언어현상－지식－수용－수행의 네 요소는 그 핵심이 될 것이다. 교수 학습 방법의 전략들은 수용과 수행의 범주에서 집중적으로 제시하게 되는데 대표적인 전략들로 매개어의 활용, 예시, 게임, 단계화 등을 설정하여 그 사례를 중심으로 제시해 보았다. 모국어가 지배적인 환경에서의 한국어교육은 한국 내 한국어교육과는 그 양상이 매우 다른데 그에 대한 접근과정에서 매우 구체적이고 문제해결적인 발상이 뒷받침되어야 한다는 판단이다. 모국어 지배 환경에 대한 일반적이고 추론적인 접근을 통해서는 실질적인 도움이 될 교수－학습 방법을 얻기가 어렵다는 판단 아래 그생산적인 논의의 바탕이 되고자 사례 제시를 중심으로 논의를 구성하였다.

This thesis suggests some case and ideas on the strategy for teaching-learning method of korean language, especially in the environment under. It was focused on Thailand. The korean language education in Thailand has three precondition. That is as follows. First, the learners study lonely without help of other korean speaker. they have no proper chance to use korean. Second, the learners have poor english skills that acts as intermediate language in learning. foreign language as a second language. It comes from insufficient ability development in middle school course. Third, there is no public network to share teaching-learning strategy, education contents including curriculum offering.. This thesis propose contents frame of korean language education, that is not established yet in Thiland. The frame is composed of four factors, those are linguistic phenomenon, knowledge, acceptance, performance. And also this thesis several strategy of teaching-learning korean language by contents factors as empirical case. Those are called intermediate language strategy, game strategy, step strategy etc. This thesis expect many researchers take part in finding the strategical method of efficient teaching koran language education in the Environment under Dominant Influence of Mother Tongue.
