AB - …This study researched definition and classification systems for e-Business Human Resources (e-HR). It is different from the studies that have investigated human resources of IT (Information Technology), e-HR in this study refers to human resources that have knowledge of both business processes and specialty in IT. The developed e-HR classification scheme was verified by two application cases studies the Demand-Supply Survey of National e-HR, and the Accreditation Project of the e-Business Education Program.
