…This article reports the results of a study investigating critical success factors for the development stages of e-business in venture firms in Korea and Taiwan. For Daedeok Valley Venture Firms, there were statistical significance found in the top management support factor, ability of organizational learning factor, IT resource factor and competitor orientation factor according to the development stages of e-business. However, for in Hsinchu Science Park Venture Firms, there were not statistical significance found in the top management support factor, ability of organizational learning factor, customer orientation factor and competitor orientation factor according to the development stages of e-business.
