This paper investigates the Critical Success Factors of Wireless Broadband(WiBro) Service, and identifies whether there are some significant differences in perceiving the Critical Success Factors of WiBro service according to the user characteristics(gender, age, occupation). Data collected from 531 Internet users were examined through the SAS Ver.8.2 package.
