This study compared and inspected the effects of motive learning factors on learning motivations and performance of studies. Also this study tried to find working-level suggestions to reconsider the effects of e-learning. The results from this study are as follows. First, the group of e-learning has rated most questions high in valuing their recognition about the factors of motivating learning, and they have also rated learning motivations high having similar levels to such recognition. Second, it was shown that the contents and teaching methods offered to learners lead to their concentration on learning. Third, e-learning and off-line class are all closely related to each other in analyzing the relations between learning motivations and learning achievements.
