The development and implementation of Open Source Software(OSS) is one of the most current topics within the software industry. Previous researches in OSS have focused on identifying developer's motivations of participating OSS projects, analyzing specific OSS solutions, or the OSS movement itself. However, the empirical research on identifying factors that determine user's adoption and continuously usage of OSS has been a scant. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the key factors having a direct effect on individual attitude toward using OSS adoption and user's continuous intention to use of OSS. The research model proposed software quality, including Usability, Maintenance, Compatibility, Customization and Interactivity as a main category influencing perceived usefulness. The implications of the findings suggest not only a new theoretical model for IS research, but also the important indicators for successful use of OSS.
