The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the creative problem solving, science process skills, scientific attitudes, achievement through the Treffinger's creative problem solving teaching model in elementary science class. The results were as follows; First, the change of science creative problem solving ability in the experimental group was found statistically meaningful difference(p<.05). Second, science processing skill and science achievement in the experimental group were showed statistically meaningful difference(p<.05). Third, the scientific attitude score of the experimental class was improved, but it had no meaningful difference statistically. Therefore,the creative problem solving teaching model applied in this study is useful to improve the creative problem solving, science process skills and achievement in elementary science class.
