This study has for its object to develop a counseling education program that will be used to guide primary grade officers in their efforts to help the adaptation of soldiers to the military life. Especially the development of the program was based on the experience a group of non-military specialists had in a military camp while they were training professional counselors and officers. The real on-camp training was proceeded three times and, for each time, ten 4-hour sessions were conducted, the total education time summing up 120 hours. The trainees were 58 civilians, most of them being professional counselors or heads of counseling institutions, or university professors related in counseling, and 106 primary grade officers. It would be necessary to try to do more field studies and get the feedback from the military officers in order to improve the proposed education program.
