이 연구는 학력향상 중점학교의 운영 준거를 모색하고, 각 준거별 운영 방안 및 가능요인을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같이 연구를진행하였다. 첫째, 선행연구를 바탕으로 구조 변화, 심리 변화, 수업 개선, 교육성과의 4가지 준거를도출하였다. 또한 각 준거별로 하위 준거들도 도출하였다. 둘째, A초등학교가 운영한 방안, 가능 요인, 성과를 분석하였다. A초등학교는 각 준거별로 다양한 방안들을 운영하였음을 확인하였고, 이러한 운영을 가능케 한 요인도 도출하였다. 또한 A초등학교는 단기적성과는 물론 다차원적 성과도 긍정적이었다. 셋째, 선행연구 및 A초등학교의 개선점을 토대로 다양한 방안들을 추가로 논의하였다. 그 결과 준거별로 다양한 방안들을 논의할 수있었다.
This study aims to seek the criteria to achieve the purpose of an academic ability improvement-oriented school, and to analyze the plans to operate each standard and the possible factors. In order to achieve these purposes, we conducted this study as follows. First, we derived 4 criteria on structural changes, psychological changes,instructional improvement, and educational performance on the basis of previous studies. Also, we derived also sub-criteria by each criterion. Second, we analyzed plans, possible factors and performances operated by A elementary school. I identified that A elementary school operated various plans by each criterion, and we derived also factors which made this operation possible. And, A elementary school was positive in the multidimensional performance as well as the short-term performance. Third, we additionally discussed various plans on the basis of previous studies and A elementary school's improvements. As a result, we were able to discuss various plans by each criterion.
