본 해석적 논평은 앤디 하그리브스의 학문을 그의 학문적 배경과 궤적을 따라 조명해 보았다. 특히 그의 사상이 응축되어 녹아있는 ‘가장된 협력성’이라는 일관된 주제가 책무성과 표준화 개혁의 시대를 조우하게 되면서 다양한 개념들로 변주되어 가는 과정을 추적해 보았다. 이 글을 통해 앤디 하그리브스의 학문적 공헌에 대한 분석과 함께 그의 학자로서의 삶을 함께 살펴봄으로써 그의 학문과 삶에 대한 보다 유기적이고 총체적인 이해를 도울 수 있기를 기대한다.
In this interpretative essay, I outline Andy Hargreaves' scholarship by drawing on his research and writings to consider how the scholarly work of Andy Hargreaves significantly evolved over time and constantly extended the borders and the horizons of our knowledge base of educational change. This article also revisits his concept of contrived collegiality and traces its varied incarnations under current standardized reform to raise critical issues for educators and researchers. This article concludes by reflecting on the human side of Andy Hargreaves to gain a more holistic understanding of his scholarship.
