This study is to investigate how the relationship between suppliers and buyers influences critical business capacity, including innovative ability. This innovation orientation makes business administration creative and the firm can stand on the top of the market with new product and service. At first, the maintained relationship between a supplier and buyers for a long time can effect innovation of the former. Then, the long term relationship between two partners can be an incentive for the supplying firm to improve quality, to develop a new product, and to promote better innovation skill in order to improve general business performance. Thirdly, to improve business performance by the relationship improvement needs a foundation of trust. Finally, the suppler needs a business culture of learning openly and actively.
