독서문제의 상담김명희이 연구의 목적은 아동의 독서력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법 중 하나가 독서문제의 상담에있다고 보고, 독서 행동 이상에 따른 상담을 통해 독서문제의 원인과 해결 방법을 찾아보는데있다.독서 교육의 중요성을 강조하고 다양한 독서활동을 펼치고 있는 현실에서도 많은아이들이 갈수록 독서를 기피하고 독서 부적응 이상 행동을 보이고 있다. 이러한 원인을살펴보기 위해 2004년 전주대학교 평생교육원 주말 독서교실에서 독서지도사 선생님이가르치는 아이들(120명)과 학부모(60명)를 대상으로 독서문제 실태를 조사하였다. 이를다시 독서행동 이상에 따라 유형별로 구분하고 아동발달 심리와 독서지도, 상담 원리를적용해 상담하였다. 상담후의 아동의 행동 변화를 관찰하고 조사한 결과 독서시간이 늘어났으며, 독서에 대한 흥미 역시 전보다 높아진 경향을 보였다. 이와 같은 고찰을 통해 독서문제 이상을 해결하기 위한 방법을 제시하면 다음과같다.첫째, 독서상담의 활성화로 아이들이 가지고 있는 가벼운 독서행동 이상에 대한고민과 어려움을 예방차원에서 지도하고 교정해 주는 것이 필요하다.둘째, 아이들의 독서 흥미와 습관을 길러주기 위해 가정과 학교가 좋은 독서 환경만들기, 독서 교실 활성화에 앞장서 나가야 한다. 셋째, 다양한 담화 기능을 촉진시키는 독서법과 매체 활용, 체험 중심의 프로그램을 계발해야 하여 아이들이 독서에 흥미를 가지도록 한다. 넷째, 독서 행동 이상을 보다 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 도구를 계발한다. 다양하고 많은 임상자료를 지속적으로 수집하여 비교 분석해 가는 노력이 필요하다.

Counsel Of Reading’s ProblemKim, Myoung-hee The purpose of the research is that one way of increasing reading skills of childrencould exists in counseling of reading problem. Through the counseling, I have anintension of searching for a solution to reading problem. Though we are nowemphasizing on the important of reading and leading the activity of reading, Manychildren are avoiding reading books and showing a maladjusted behavior ofreading.To search for this reason, I researched children(120) who had been taughtby teachers on reading and their parents(60) about the condition of reading inlifelong education institute of Jeon-Ju University in 2004. After the research, Iclassified these materials into some patterns according to a maladjusted behavior ofreading and counseled them with child psychology , remedial reading and aprinciple of counseling. After the counseling, A period of reading had beenincreasing when I observed a pattern of behavior and investigated it and Theinterest of reading was also shown higher than before. Through these studies, Isuggest a solution of the disorder in reading. As follow:First, It is needed to correct the children in light troubles and worries aboutmaladjusted behavior of reading so as to prevent this condition through arevitalization of reading.
