본 연구는 교육복지우선지원사업에 참여하는 학생들의 서비스 재참여 의사를 결정하는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교육복지사업을 실시하고 있는 경기도 지역 18개 초․중학교에 재학 중인 학생 총 3,605명을 대상으로 설문조사 한 2차 자료 중 서비스 이용경험을 가지고 있는 학생 425명의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 서비스 요인인 교육복지서비스의 유용성과 흥미도 그리고 학교요인인 학교건강성이 교육복지서비스 재참여 의사를 결정짓는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 참여학생이 제공된 교육복지서비스에 대해 실제적으로 도움이 되고 재미가 있었다고 인식할 때 그리고 재학 중인 학교에 대해 안전하고 지지적인 환경으로 인식할 때 교육복지서비스에 대한 재참여 의사가 생긴다는 사실을 시사해주고 있다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 교육복지서비스의 지속적인 참여를 유지하고 효과적인 교육복지서비스를 제공하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to figure out the factors that determine students' intent to re-participate in the service for education-welfare priority project. For these purposes, the 3,605 students in elementary and middle schools in Gyounggi-Do Province were surveyed, where the Education-Welfare Priority Project were carried out. From the secondary data from the survey, the data of the 425 students who had experienced the service were finally analyzed and utilized for this study. The study results showed that the factors determining intent to re-participate in the service were usability and interest of education welfare service as a service factor and school health as a school factor. These results suggest the fact that participating students wanted to re-participate in the education welfare service, when they recognize provided education welfare service was really helpful and fun for them and their school was a safe and supportive environment. Based on the results of this study, we suggest some proposals to keep the education welfare service's ongoing participation and effective education and welfare services.
