이 논문은 니체의 자연 개념을 다룬다. 일반적이고 형이상학적인 해석(가령 하이데거)과는 반대로 니체는 인간 중심주의를 비판한다. 그리고 이러한 비판 을 수행하기 위해 니체는 인간의 지배와는 동떨어진 자연 개념을 회복시키고자 한다. 근대적 자연 개념은 계산과 통제라는 모델에 기초를 두고 있었다. 물론 이 같은 계산과 통제는 인간의 자연 지배를 위한 계기들이다. 그래서 우선 니체 는 이러한 과정의 총화인 과학을 비판하고 자연을 탈인간화하고자 노력한다. 둘째 니체는 자연의 복권을 위해 인간 역시 자연화되어야 한다고 생각한다. 그래서 우선 그는 인간을 전통적인 도덕 체계로부터 해방시키려고 시도한다. 니체에 의하면 도덕은 한 마디로 반(反)자연적이다. 단지 그러한 해방만이 인간 이 자연인이 될 수 있게 한다. 다음으로 이러한 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해 니체 는 인간 몸의 중요성을 강조한다. 왜냐하면 인간 몸은 욕망과 충동이 작동하고 따라서 인간의 자연적 특성들이 가장 잘 드러나는 장소이기 때문이다. 마지막으 로 니체는 우주적 자연이라는 개념이 이 모든 단계의 기초라고 말하고 있다고 보인다. 이 개념은 디오니소스적인 것이다. 이는 니체 초기 사상의 핵심적 메타 포일 뿐만 아니라 니체 철학의 이해를 위한 기본 틀이다. 결과적으로 니체의 그러한 탐구는 심층 생태학의 기초가 될 수 있다. 왜냐하면 심층 생태학 역시 인간 중심적 입장에 대한 근본적 비판을 주장하기 때문이다. 그래서 이 연구는 니체의 자연주의와 현대의 심층생태학을 연결시키는 미래의 기획을 위한 하나 의 출발점이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper aims to deal with Nietzsche’s concept of nature. In contrary to general and metaphysical interpretation (for example, Martin Heidegger), Nietzsche criticizes the anthropocentrism. And in order to achieve this critique, Nietzsche tries to recover the concept of nature far from the domination of the human being. The notion of modern nature is modelled on the calculationand control. Of course this calculation and control is moments for the man’s hegemony of the nature. So first of all, Nietzsche endeavors to criticizes the ensemble of this courses i.e. science and to dehumanize the nature. Second, Nietzsche thinks that for the rehabilitation of the nature the human being also should be naturalized. Therefore first of all he intends to liberate the human being from the traditional moral systems. According to Nietzsche, in a word moral is anti-natural. Only that emancipation enables the human being to become homo natura. Next in order to accomplish this project, Nietzsche accents the importance of human body. For the human body is the place where the desires and impulse are operated and so the natural qualities of the human being prove very well manifest. Lastly It seems to me that Nietzsche states the conceptof the cosmological nature is the ground of all this steps. This concept is Dionysian. This is not only the essential metaphor of Nietzsche’s early thought but also the key framework for the understanding about Nietzsche’s entire philosophy. Eventually Nietzsche’s such a investigation can be a foundation of deep ecology. Because the deep ecology also insists the radical critique of human being- centered standpoint. So this inquiry can be a starting point for a future project to bind together Nietzsche’s naturalism and contemporary deep ecology.
