핵무장 강행 및 포기 사례로서 인도-파키스탄 및 브라질-아르헨티나 사례가 우리에게 시사하는 바는 적지않다. 하지만 남북한 사례와는 거리가 있으므로 원자력 협력과 더불어 한반도 비핵지대화를 병행 추진해나가야 할 것이며, 이를 위해 주변국과의 긴밀한 협력체제를 구축해나가야 할 것이다.

This study searches for the desirable solutions of nuclear crisis in Korean peninsula resulted from North Korean nuclear development. It tries to produce the alternatives suitable for Korean situations on the basis of systematic studies on past similar cases such as India-Pakistan case of nuclear armament and Brazil-Argentine case of nuclear disarmament. Brazil and Argentina constructed cooperative system for nuclear non-proliferation and peaceful nuclear utilization in spite of their continuous competing relations. It is a typical case of nuclear disarmament resulted from their trust building. This research paper proposes constructing regional nuclear inspection system based on cooperative inter-Korean relations as the Brazil-Argentine case implies.
