The purpose of the study is to investigate the moderating effect of workvalue when the empowerment affect organizational commitment. In order toanalyze the differences between China and Korea, data obtained from 90employees in China and 217 employees in Korea. The study can be summarizedas follows: First, the empowerment is significantly related to organizationalcommitment in China and Korea. Second, the work value exhibit positivemoderation effect in the relationships between empowerment and organizationalcommitment in China. Based on these results, the Comparative Study of Chinaand South Korea about the work values are actively need to be conducted, theresults of this paper should be noted, in the case of a company to enter China.
