사회자본은 인간관계 속에 내재되어 상호관계를 형성하는 자원이다. 사회자본의 요인들은 신뢰․네트워크․규범․참여 등으로 구성되어 있다. 사회자본은 사람들 사이의 관계이며 혼자서는 획득할 수 없다. 그것은 조직구성원들 사이에서 협력과 신뢰에 의해서만 축적될 수 있는 일종의 공공재이다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회의 기강을 바로잡아야할 검찰조직의 사회자본 확보를 위해 일반국민과 검찰청 공무원을 대상으로 검찰조직의 신뢰가 어느 정도 작용하고있는지를 알아보고, 영향요인들은 어떠한 관계에 있으며, 검찰신뢰에 가장 많은영향을 끼치는 요인은 무엇인지를 분석하는데 있다.
Although research that deduce the policy alternative to measures trust of society each formation and examines closely what the effect factor is, and trust in virtue research is attaining, most researches made stock to enterprise, hospital, general administration public official organization, police organization etc., and there was no research that prove effect of trust to prosecution formation. The objective of this study recognizes to civilian and Public Prosecutions official for social capital of prosecution formation to straighten social fundamental principles how trust of prosecution formation is acting, and factor that is in some relation, and causes the most effects in prosecution trust even if is effect main point is that analyze what it is.
