이 연구는 대학생용 직업카드를 개발하고, 이것이 대학생들에게 활용하기에 적절하고 효과가 있는지의 여부를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 대학생용 직업카드 개발은 개발위원회 구성, 자문위원 선정, 직업선정 기준 설정, 1차 직업 선정, 전문가 평정, 자문위원 자문과 2차 직업 선정, 직업카드 개수 결정, 직업카드 기입 내용 결정, 계열 분류, 직업카드 규격과 디자인 결정 등의 절차를 통하여 이루어졌다. 그 결과 앞면에는 카드 번호와 홀랜드 유형, 직업명과 하는 일, 한국직업전망 대분류를 기입하고, 뒷면에는 홀랜드 유형, 교육정도와 자격요건, 업무수행능력을 기입한 대학생용 직업카드가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 대학생용 직업카드의 타당성은 다음과 같은 방법으로 검증되었다. 첫째, 대학생용 직업카드의 구성과 기입내용의 타당성을 대학의 상담전문가 20명에게 설문을 통하여 검증한 결과 5점 척도에서 평균 4.53으로 평가되어 대체로 타당하다는 의견이 제시되었다. 둘째, 직업카드에 기입된 직업에 대한 설명이 대학생들이 이해하기에 적합한가를 알아보기 위해서 대학생 60명을 대상으로 113개 각 카드별 기입내용에 대해서 5점 척도로 평정하게 한 결과 평점이 모두 4.40 이상으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구에서 개발된 직업카드를 활용한 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 결과 참여 대학생들의 진로정체감 향상에 유의미하게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직업카드 분류활동에 참여한 대학생들을 대상으로 만족도를 평가한 결과 5점 척도에서 평균 4.49로 높은 점수를 나타냈으며, 긍정 응답률은 92%에 달하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 개발된 직업카드는 대학생들에게 활용하기에 적합하고, 활용효과도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.
This research is to develop a set of vocational cards for college students and to verify the cards' feasibility of use. The development process included organizing the development committee, appointing consultants, setting criteria for occupations to be included in the set, preliminary selection of occupational titles, expert-rating, consultation and finalization of occupational titles, filling out cards' contents, etc. A survey of 20 practitioners on card's composition showed that the contents were adequate(4.53 points out of 5). Another survey of 60 college students showed that the job descriptions on each of the 113 cards were easy to comprehend(all cards rated over 4.40 points out of 5). Outcomes of pilot programs utilizing the set were also positive; a group of 20 students participated in the career guidance program developed in the research, and t-Test results show that students' career identities were significantly improved after the program. Another group of 80 students participated in Vocational Cards Sort programs and gave average of 4.49 points out of 5 on post-activity satisfaction surveys, with positive response rate reaching 92%. Thus, the developed set of vocational cards seems suitable for college students with its utilizations showing positive effects.
