This article is about the costoms of childbirth and the placenta burying ritual done by the royal family of Choson Dynasty. The royal family of Choson Dynasty distinguished between queen and concubiue in the process of childbirth. Choson Dynasty set up 産室廳(San-Sil-Chung)-a special government office to help childbirth by queen-and 護産廳(Ho-San-Chung)-a special government office to help childbirth by concubiue. There was a customs ; the royal family of Choson Dynasty didn’t throw away the placenta of their baby and buried it at a good place, in a good time. The sucessor of the throne made higher his authorith as he established stone figures around his placenta buried place and build greater mound over the place.
