公路是一个国家重要的基础设施，公路行业作为国民经济发展的基础性、先导性和服务性行业，是现代化建设和经济社会发展的先行官。中国自改革开放以来，公路事业得到了长足发展。随着《公路法》第二次修订和相关法律法规的相继完善，中国公路行业管理和公路行政执法工作 也得到了进一步的加强和改善，但公路路政执法管理在实际工作中仍存在许多难点和问题。本文结合自身的工作实践和调查，试就当前中国山东省公路路政执法管理工作中存在的问题、成因及对策加以分析论述。
Highway is the main infrastructure of a country. As a basic, leading and service industry,highway industry is the pioneer of modernization and development of economic society. Following the second amendment of 《Highway Law》and perfecting the relative laws and regulations, Chinese highway industry administration and enforcement of laws achieved further improvement. However, the highway administration and enforcement of laws still has many difficulties and questions. Combining the work experience and survey, this paper will try to investigate the question of the highway administration and solution.
