In these days a theoretical strategy and a formalized standpoint are needed for us to find an adequate point for solving the problems of Human Rights and Rights of Nature. The aim of this paper is to show that the problems of Human Rights and Rights of Nature can be solved simultaneously by an ecological anthropocentrism. An ecological anthropocentrism tries to come true the ideas of security and realization of Human Rights, but on the other side acknowledge the importance of environmental preservation. This paper will be as follows. (1) I will point out that in our society we have to solve the problems of Human Rights and Rights of Nature at the same time. (2) The approval problem of Rights of Nature is examined, which is the main issue in western environmental ethics with the viewpoint of moral object, moral standing, and moral community. (3) On this base I will sketch moral status of human beings and nature in contemporary context. (4) I will describe advantages of an ecological anthropocentrism as a theoretical frame of the harmony of Human Rights and Rights of Nature and suggest its theoretical and practical capability of solving the problems.
