이 연구의 목적은 음악정책(음악통제)을 중심으로 박정희 유신체제의 성격을 규정하는 것이다. 박정희와 그의 시대연구는 폭과 깊이를 더해가고 있지만 여전히 정치경제적 패러다임 안에 머물러 있다. 체제의 성격은 정치경제뿐 아니라 사회, 문화, 일상에까지 숨어있는 정치성을 탐구하는 과정에서 규정되어야 한다. 박정희 유신체제의 검열메커니즘과 금지곡은 체제 전반을 분석할 수 있는 숨어있는 상징으로 읽을 수 있다. 정치경제뿐 아니라 문화예술의 영역까지도 국가가 관리하는 이데올로기로 작동되면서 일상적인 생활을 범죄로 만들고 개인의 취향까지도 통제했음을 보여주고 있기 때문이다
This study has its purpose in the conceptualizing of Park’s Yushin regime in terms of and with a focusing on his policy of musics(musical control). Studies about his biography and his regime get wider and deeper, but their approaches until now were mostly just in the socalled polit-economical paradigm. Characteristics of his mode of domination must be defined in the process of what was political in the whole range of politics, economy, society, and culture. The censorship mechanism and the prohibition song can be a hidden emblem, with which we can see Park’s Yushin in general. The mobilized system for culture and art as well as politics and economy controls and suppresses personal tastes and interest, making daily lives of them a crime.
