본 연구는 전자정부에 대한 사용자 만족도 영향요인과 정책만족도가 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보훈정책의 주요 정책대상자인 국가유공자와 그 가족을 대상으로 한 인식조사를 통해 국가보훈처 홈페이지의 사용자 만족도 영향요인을 분석하고, 이에 대한 사용자 만족도와 보훈정책 만족도가 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 분석 결과, 정보품질과 서비스품질 모두 전자정부 사용자 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전자정부에 대한 사용자 만족도와 보훈정책에 대한 만족도는 정부신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 정부신뢰를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among information quality, service quality, user satisfaction on the e-government, satisfaction with veterans policy and trust in government. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that information quality and service quality significantly influence user satisfaction on the e-government. User satisfaction on the e-government has a statistically significant effect on trust in government. In addition, satisfaction with veterans policy has a statistically significant effect on trust in government. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.
