본 연구는 자원봉사센터의 네트워크 특성(규모, 밀도, 호혜성, 상호빈도)이 조직효과성(사업성과, 운영성과)에 미치는 영향에 있어서 네트워크 관리태도의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 네트워크 특성을 독립변인으로 하고, 네트워크 태도를 매개변인으로 하여 조직효과성의 하위변인인 사업성과와 운영성과 사이의 인과관계를 밝히기 위하여 구조모형검증을 통하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 구조모형검증 결과 총 5개의 경로 중 네트워크 태도가 운영성과에 영향을 미치는 경로를 제외하고는 4개의 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 네트워크 특성인 규모, 밀도, 호혜성, 상호빈도가 높아질수록 사업성과와 운영성과가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 네트워크 특성은 조직효과성의 하위변인인 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 네트워크 관리태도가 매개작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 자원봉사센터에서의 조직간 네트워크에 있어서 네트워크 관리태도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 매우 중요하다는 것을 입증시켜 준 결과라 볼 수 있다. 향후 자원봉사센터는 네트워크의 관리태도의 하위변인인 활성화-구성-합성-동원의 단계별 네트워크 관리전략수립과 네트워크 특성파악을 통한 네트워크 전략적 접근이 필요하다.


To investigate the influence that network characteristics(size, density, favor, interaction, mutual frequency) of volunteer organization has on the organizational effectiveness(business result, operation result), this study checks the causal relation between business result and operation result, the subsidiary variable factors of organizational effectiveness through verification of model of structural equation by setting network characteristics as independent variable factor and network factor as mediating variable factor. Verifying the structural model, four routes were found to be significant among 5 routes except the route where operation result is affected by network attitude. It was found that business result and operation result are higher when the level of network characteristics and network attitude is higher. It was also found that when the level of network characteristics is higher, that of network attitude is also higher, because network attitude, the mediating variable factor of this structural model is significantly affected by network characteristics. Based on this result of study, it was proven that the effort to improve network management in the network between organizations is very important in the volunteer center. Volunteer center needs strategic network approach by establishing network control strategy in the stages of activation-composition-synthesis-mobilization, the subsidiary variable factor of network management and grasping network characteristics in the future.
