최근 문화예술교육은 사회적 취약계층 뿐만 아니라 누구나 문화예술교육을 누릴수 있어야 한다는 일상화의 흐름이 촉발되었다. ‘문화예술교육의 일상화, 지역화, 내실화’를 비전으로 제시하여 현실적인 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 정책적 확산에 비해 이를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 이론적인 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 실제 삶의 영역과 밀접하게 맞닿아 있는 개념이 ‘일상’이지만 접근성 중심의 확대전략으로 다루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 ‘일상’에 대한 고찰을 통해 문화예술교육일상화의 개념적 확장을 시도하였다. 일상은 반복적이고, 평범하고, 익숙한 경험을의미하기도 하지만, 동시에 인간이 주체적인 모습으로 사회적인 상호작용을 거듭하는 경험의 공간이다. 확장된 문화예술교육 일상화에서는 일상이라는 공간적 차원에서 문화예술교육이뿌리내릴 수 있는 것에 일상의 가치를 두어야 한다. 정서적인 일상의 환기, 물리적인제약을 넘어서는 경험, 타인과 함께하는 경험이라는 콘텐츠의 속성이 중요하고, 궁극적으로 경험 공유를 통한 연대에 목적이 있음을 제시하였다. 자연스럽게 삶에대한 의미를 넓혀나갈 수 있는 총체적인 과정으로서 이해되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 개념적 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 생활밀착형 콘텐츠 사례에 해당하는<움직이는 예술정거장>에 적용하여 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 문화예술교육 일상화가 보다 공감을 이루고 확산하는 데에 기여할 수 있는 향후 방향을 모색하였다.
Recently the stream of popularization that anyone as well as social vulnerable class can enjoy culture and art education was precipitated. As ‘popularization, localization, substantiality of culture and art education’ is suggested for visions, realistic necessity is being emphasized accordingly. However, theoretical researchers which back up it have not been achieved actually compared to policy expansion. Though the concept of closely contacting with the scope of real life is ‘popularization,’ it is being dealt with as expansion strategies centering on accessibility. Therefore, this study tried conceptual expansion of popularized culture and art education. Daily life is repeated and means usual, familiar experiences, but it is the experience space which repeats social interactions with subjective figures by humans at the same time. In popularization of expanded culture and art education, the value of daily life shall be laid in enrooting culture and art education from spatial dimensions called daily life. This study suggested that experiences exceeding ventilation of emotional daily life and physical restrictions together with contents properties called experiences of joining with others were important, and they aimed at solidarity by sharing experiences ultimately. They have to be understood as total processes which could widen the meaning of life naturally. In order to confirm such conceptual possibility, reviews were made by applying it to <Moving Art Station> which corresponded to a case of daily- life oriented contents. Based on the result, this study groped the future direction so that popularization of culture and art education could contribute to achieving more sympathy and doing expansion.
