가출 유형은 고정되어 있는 것이 아니라 특정 시기의 사회적, 경제적, 문화적 배경에 의해 구성된다. 따라서 가출의 배경은 특정 맥락에서 발생하는 가출 현상들을 자료로 하여 지속적으로 새롭게 구성되어야 하는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 2000년대 한국 사회에 새롭게 등장하고 있는 신빈곤층 가족의 십대 여성 가출 재생산 문화를 살펴봄으로써 달라지고 있는 가출 요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 이들에 대한 사회적 개입 방안에 대한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법으로는 외환위기를 전후로 가족경제의 하락과 가족 형태의 변화, 가출을 경험한 가족의 십대 여성에 대한 심층면접 방법을 채택하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 첫째, 외환위기 이후 안전망의 기능을 할 수 없는 가정이 늘어나고 있으며 현재 한국 사회처럼 가족 외의 별다른 사회적 안전망을 마련해 놓지 않는 사회에서 이 사실은 곧 보살핌과 교육의 혜택에서 배제되고 있는 십대의 층이 확대되고 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, 신자유주의의 개인적 조건에 기반 한 무한경쟁 체제 속에서 신빈곤층인 이들은 자신들의 계급적 조건을 간파하고 미래에 대한 전망을 상실한 상황에 놓여 있으며 미래를 위해 현재를 유예시킬 필요성과 동기를 상실해 가고 있다. 그 대신 이들이 선택하는 것은 바로 지금 손쉽게 붙잡을 수 있는 현실로서 비유예, 비훈육적 문화적 특징을 보여준다. 즉 삶에 대한 전망과 동기를 상실하고 있는 신빈곤층 십대가 등장하고 있는 것으로 파악되며 이러한 태도는 가출의 배경을 이룬다. 셋째, 가족의 변형에 따른 가출의 경우 가족들과 관계가 끊어지는 경우가 많으며 온라인, 거리, 쉼터에서 만난 단기성의 관계들이 이 자리를 대신 채우고 있다. 즉 지속적인 관계망에서 배제되었다는 사실은 이들이 쉽게 비공식적인 관계망과 행위들에 빠지게 되는 배경으로 볼 수 있다.
The type of run-away is constructed by specific social , economical and cultural context. This paper examines the mechanism of reproductive culture of run-away in new poverty family, so it aims to analyze the changing factors of run-away and give some suggestions. This paper uses the deep analysis in family, relation ships and sub culture as the methods. For that, this research uses the depth-interview of girls who are situated in change of family-relation around IMF era. This research has three findings like the following. First, there is increasing of family that is unable to care, so that means there is increasing of the number of teenage who are excluded from caring and education. Second, the culture of neoliberal individualism makes teenage in new poverty give up the motivation for prospective life The fact menas that some new generation who lost dream and will for future life is coming up. Third, some girls who have experience the deconstruction of family makes new short relationships with people in on-line, street and shelter. Because of the volatile of new relationship, it is difficult for them to have others who make them reflect themselves . That constructs the background for their deviant activities.
