The purposes of this study are as below. First, is there any difference among subordinate varieties in adjustment in military of new generation soldier in accordance with demographical factor? Second, the correlation between career development and level of adjustment in military of a new generation soldier has meaningful relations with all the subordinate factors of adjustment in military(p<.01, p<.001), and most related factor is the mentality status. Third, the level difference of adjustment in military in accordance with career development is remarkable in the ‘middle’ group in<career development level test> taken by the objects of the study. It discovered that there is meaningful difference at the difference in level of adjustment in military in accordance with the types of career development(<.001). This conclusion suggests that it could help new generation soldiers in adjustment in military with providing career development program which is supported by policy, and that there is huge need of professional civil consultants who take care of new generation soldiers who are in their latter adolescence with individual consultation.
