본 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 독서치료를 활용하여 분노조절 능력을 향상시키기 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구는 경기도의 M고등학교 2학년 166명 중에 분노척도 검사결과 상위 20%에 속한 학생 33명중 참여를 원하는 학생 10명을 실험집단에, 실험집단과 평균점수가 비슷한 10명을 통제집단에 구성하여 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 프로그램 전과 후에 분노검사를 실시하고 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)으로 자료처리를 하였다. 또한 양적 결과가 갖는 신뢰성에 대한 제한점을 보완하기 위하여 집단원의 경험보고서, 상담자 관찰내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 고등학생의 분노조절 능력향상을 위한 독서치료 활용 집단상담 프로그램은 분노조절의 하위영역인 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 영역에서 실험집단이 유의미한 분노감소 효과를 보여 분노조절 능력을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.


The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program to enhance anger-control abilities of high school students by using bibliotherapy. The development process consist of 5 stage; research, analysis, design, construction and application. First, it reviewed about studies on anger-control and it surveyed 276 high school students for actual requirement. Second, it analyzed the number of program session, session’s goal, session sequence. As a result, this program consist of 12 sessions. Third, it designed program contents and activities by pooling and warehousing. Forth, it developed final program by pilot test and experts of advice. Fifth, to verify the effectiveness of the developed counseling program, the test tool was 'Anger Factors Test' related to anger control ability in high school students from got the high score of pre-anger test. And 10 students who desired for the program were included in the experimental group, 10 students who did not participate in the program were in the control group. It was analyzed statistical data by Mixed ANOVA, experience report and counselor observation contents. The results obtained from this research are as follows. there were significant differences in improvements of anger control abilities by using bibliotherapy group counseling programs who participated in the program. 'Recognition', 'Emotion' ‘Behavioral‘ factors in improvements of the anger control abilities in those who participated in the programs when compared to the students that did not.
