‘창의적 사고와 글쓰기’ 교육은 지식을 창출하는 창의적 인재 양성에 부합하는창의적 사고에 기초한 글쓰기 교육이다. 창의적 사고에 기초한 글쓰기 교육은 이성과 감성을 결합한 글쓰기 교육에 적합하다. 특별히 영화를 활용한 글쓰기 교육은 이성과 감성 모두를 작동하여 통합적인 창의적 사고와 표현을 촉발할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이 글은 영화 <부당거래>를 활용한 ‘창의적 사고와 글쓰기’ 수업모형의 원리를 제안하고 그 사례를 제시한다. 창의적 글쓰기 교육은 주제에 대해 다양한 방식으로 접근하고 기존의 사고에대해 비판적이고 새로운 사고로 접근하여 독창적인 논지를 담은 글을 쓸 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 확산적이면서도 수렴적인 창의적 사고방식을 모두 아우를 수 있는 교수법, ‘통합적 열린 글쓰기 교육’ 원리의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘혼합형학습(Blended Learning)’ 방법을 활용한다. 이 학습법은 온라인과 오프라인 학습환경만을 결합하는 것이 아니라 학습 목표, 학습방법, 학습시간과 공간, 학습활동, 학습매체, 상호작용 방식 등 다양한 학습 요소들의 결합을 통해 최상의 학습효과를 도출하기 위한 웹기반 학습 설계전략이다. 두 번 째 ‘열린 글쓰기 전략’이다. 하나의 주제에 접근하는 모든 과정에 상호교류의 원칙을 적용한다. 상호작용을 통해 하나의 주제에 대한 여러 가지 다양한 의견을 접하고 갈등하거나 상충하는 의견들을 자기주도적으로 수렴할 수 있는 역량을 기를 수 있다. 셋째, 창의적 사고와 글쓰기 교육에서 교수와 학생의 관계는촉진자와 주도자의 관계로 편성된다. 학생중심의 학습모형을 추구한다.
‘Creative Thinking and Writing’ education means a writing trainingbased on the creative thinking for raising creative persons. Thecreative writing model is appropriate for the writing training thatcombines reason with emotion. Especially, the writing training thatutilizes a movie has the advantage of integrating reason and emotioninto the creative thinking and writing process. This article proposesthe principles of the ‘Creative Thinking and Writing’ education modeland shows a case for it. Creative writing education aims at the writing that expresses uniqueargument by new, various and critical approaches to a topic, freefrom the established ways of thinking. To achieve the goal, I developedthe ‘Integrated Open Writing Education’ model, a teaching methodthat integrates both divergent thinking and convergent thinking into acreative thinking. The ‘Integrated Open Writing Education’ model contains threecharacteristics. First, the model uses the ‘Blended Learning’ method, aWeb-based strategy of learning to maximize the effect of learning. Itcombines on-line learning with off-line learning. It integrates manyfactors of learning such as goal, method, time and space, media andinteraction. Second, it has a strategy of ‘Open Writing.’ This means the principalof interaction in each process of an approach to a topic. Through theinteraction, We are able to learn various opinions and raise the abilityof converging the different opinions. Third, it pursues the student-centered model.
