본 연구의 목적은 학습기술 훈련 및 학습전략 프로그램을 초등학교 학습부진학생에게 실시하여 이 두 프로그램이 학습부진학생들의 자기주도적 학습태도와 학습기술능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 강원도 소재의 H초등학교 5, 6 학년 아동중 검사를 통해 선정된 학습부진학생 60명을 선정하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 20명씩 배치하고 실험집단에게 학습기술 훈련 프로그램과 학습전략 프로그램을 실시하고 그 효과를 알아보았다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습기술 훈련 프로그램은 초등학교 학습부진학생의 자기주도적 학습태도와 학습기술능력 향상에 유의한 효과가 있다. 둘째, 학습전략 프로그램은 초등학교 학습부진학생의 자기주도적 학습태도와 학습기술능력 향상에 유의한 효과가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때 학습기술 훈련 및 학습전략 프로그램은 초등학교 학습부진학생에게 자기주도적 학습태도와 학습기술 능력을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과를 가져 올 수 있다.
The present study purposed to examine the effect of Learning Skill Training Program and Learning Strategies Program on Self-directed learning attitude and Learning skills ability of the Elementary School Underachievers. For this purpose, the subject this study were 60 student of the 5th and 6th grade students at H Elementary School in Kangwon and selected 60 children whose Underachievers. Assing 20 of them to the experimental two group and another 20 to the control group, we tested the effect of Learning Skill Training Program and Learning Strategies Program through a pre-test and a post-test. The results were as followings;First, the Learning Skill Training Program was effective in changing Underachievers’ Self-directed learning attitude and Learning skills ability by improving their Learning Skill. Second, the Learning Strategies Program was effective in changing Underachievers’ Self-directed learning attitude and Learning skills ability by improving their Learning Strategies. In conclusion, the Learning Skill Training Program and Learning Strategies Program had the positive effect on Self-directed learning attitude and Learning skills ability of the Elementary School Underachievers.
