본 연구는 전라남도에서 활동 중인 문화관광해설사들의 해설활동에 대하여 지역을 방문한방문객들로부터 역사․문화자원과 관광지에 대한 해설 만족도를 조사하여 문화관광해설사들의 올바른 지식정립과 해설품질에 대한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 수행하였다. 특히 본 연구의정확성과 효과적인 연구진행을 위하여 전라남도 관광지 및 역사․문화자원 및 관광지를 방문하여 해설서비스를 제공 받은 방문객들에게 전라남도 22개 시․군에서 총 1,152매의 설문지를 배포하여, 본 연구의 실증분석을 위한 자료를 확보하였다. 또한 조사 결과에서 도출된 관광객의 다양한 의견 및 개선과제 등을 분석하여 문화관광해설사 발전방안 등을 제시하였고,문화유산에 대한 해설품질 등을 향상하도록 하였으며 해설사들의 전문성을 고취시킬 수 있는개념파악의 척도가 되도록 하였다. 아울러 본 연구의 지역적 특성을 고려하여 전라남도를 4개 권역으로 분류하여 각 권역별로 산재되어있는 역사․문화자원 및 관광지 특성을 고려한 해설 만족도에 대하여 별도 조사하였다. 이는 해설사들의 자원해설에 대한 전문성을 강화하는데 기여 할 수 있도록 연구되었으며 연령별, 계층별로 세분화 되어 조사하여 차후 본 연구가 해설사들의 교육효과를 강화시키는데 일조를 할 수 있도록 하였다.
This study accomplished searching satisfaction of cultural heritage guiding which guides do in Jeollanam-do to plan setting up guides’ stable knowledge and quality of guiding. Especially, to accuracy and effective progress, we secured information for actual proof as distributing 1,152 surveys after serving tour guiding to tourists who visits cultural heritage in 22 cities and towns, Jeollanam-do. Also, we indicated development plan, made quality of guiding heritage improve and made it index which encourage professionalism of guide by analysising tourist’ variety opinions and tasks which come from survey At the same time we divided Jeollanam-do as 4 districts by considering regional character and searched satisfaction of guiding which is considered character of heritages which are scattered each region. Also, these are studied to contribute strengthen professionalism of guiding heritage of guide and by fractionating as age and class. we made this study can help strengthen educating guide later.
