본 연구는 지역특화산업의 산업유형별 지원정책의 해택을 받고 있는 기업을 대상으로 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 PLS 회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하고자 하며, 그 차이를 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 도출된 결과를 중심으로 산업유형에 따른 지원정책의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 직접효과인 기반확충과 고용창출에 산업유형별 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인과 VIP 값에 따른 주요 지역서비스 항목이 차이를 나타내는 것으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저 지역특화산업이 발전하기 위해서는 산업유형별 지원정책의 우선순위의 차이를 고려하여 육성지원을 해야 한다. 둘째, 지원정책에 따른 성과목표 달성을 위해 기업성과인 매출과 종사자수에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 지원서비스에 대한 우선적인 고려가 필요하다.
This study aims to analyze factors which affect the performance of among the companies receiving benefits of supporting policy based on industry types of Regional Industry Promotion Policy and to analyze the differences. In addition, it, based on the results, aims to suggest the future direction of supporting policy along with the industry types. This result shows that there was differences in factors of major regional service according to the score of VIP and common Influencial Factors by industry types. It also affects the direct effects such as the expansion of infrastructure and human resources. Then, Followings are a formulated implication based on these results. First, It is necessary to consider differences according to industry types for representing the effective performance on assistance outcomes. Second, It is necessary to put top priority on the assistance service which commonly affect the sales and number of employees to go for policy's performance goals.
