본 논문은 기업이 지식경영을 도입하며 지식맵을 개발함에 있어 자체적 평가에 의해 조직 특성에 적합한 지식맵을 개발하기 위한 측정지표를 도출하여 각 조직의 지식경영의 질적 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것에 큰 의미가 부여될 수 있다. 본 고에서는 향후 기업에 가장 적합한 지식맵을 개발함에 있어 문헌연구와 지식관리시스템을 토대로 기업의 내․외부적 환경요인을 분석하여 측정지표를 설명하고 있다.
Successful implementation of knowledge management is very dependent on how relevant and applicable knowledge map is created for each individual enterprise. On this study, I have focused on how to derive a key performance indicators(KPI) which will function as basic building block for creating knowledge map for each enterprise in different industry. The hard data derives from this study will help and guide consultants and enterprise workers to improve end performance in achieving business goals.
