최근 기업에서는 내부 관련자에 의한 정보의 유출이 매우 심각한 상태이다. 기업의 개인정보 침해사례를 보면 70% 정도는 내부 관련자에 의해 외부로 유출되는 경우로써 이러한 개인정보의 유출은 각종 범죄 및 프라이버시 침해를 야기시킨다. 본 논문에서는 내부 관련자에 의한 개인정보 유출 문제를 해결하기 위해 비밀분산 기술, AES암호 알고리즘을 사용하여 개인정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계․구현하였다. 이러한 개인정보 분할관리 시스템을 통해 민감한 개인정보를 안전하게 저장, 관리할 수 있고 등급관리가 가능하게 된다. 또한, USB 인터페이스를 통해 개인정보를 분할/복구함으로써 이동시에도 안전하게 관리할 수 있다.

These leakages of sensitive data causes many crimes relating to enterprise and personal information. In this paper, we have designed and implemented the system which makes it possible to manage personal information securely based on secret sharing scheme and AES encryption algorithm. By using our proposed scheme sharing personal information, we are able to store and manage sensitive information securely. Also, our splitting/reconstructing scheme provide USB interface and function grading personal data in mobile environment.
