본 연구는 글로벌 항만경쟁력 강화를 위한 동북아 물류중심 항만에 관한 이론과 물류환경의 변화를 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 항만경쟁력에 관한 이론을 살펴보고 실증분석을 통하여 글로벌 경쟁전략을을 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 실증분석에서는 우리나라 물류·항만관련 종사자를 대상으로 동북아 물류중심 구축에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 이러한 분석을 토대로 다양한 물류허브 전략 및 형태를 파악하고, 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하여 동북아 물류중심 항만정책 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 시간적 범위에서 이론적 배경의 문헌은 최근에 발간된 국제경쟁력 이론과 항만전략이론에 준하여 고찰하였다.
This study is focusing on theory and changes in logistics environment on north east asia logistics centered port for the global competition advantage strategy. Global competition strategy is to found by observing theories on port competition strategy and with empirical analysis. First, north east asia port policy is suggested by performing survey on how logistics port related personal think about construction of logistics center in north east asia, also with this survey, different logistics hub strategies and types are observed. Second, within the time frame background for the theory are found in publications on recently published global competition theory and port strategic theory.
