20세기는 품질과 가격이 기업의 경쟁력이었다면 21세기 기업 경쟁력의 원천은 바로 윤리경영이다. 좋은 품질과 가격으로 시장을 지배할 수는 있지만 윤리경영이 뒷받침되지 않는 경쟁력은 오래가지 못하고 허물어지게 된다. 특히 정보화시대, 인터넷시대가 도래한 지금은 윤리경영을 외면하고 기업을 유지하겠다는 생각은 아주 위험한 발상이다. * 부산가톨릭대학교 경영학부 교수(ksheo@cup.ac.kr), 주저자 ** 부산가톨릭대학교 경영학부 전임강사(bsw@cup.ac.kr), 교신저자본 연구는 윤리경영과 조직시민행동과의 관계에 대한 연구와 신뢰가 윤리경영과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는지를 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석의 결과를 정리해 보면, 첫째, 윤리경영은 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치고 있음이 증명되었다. 둘째, 신뢰가 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 지를 분석한 결과 조직에 대한 신뢰와 상사에 대한 신뢰 모두 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 신뢰가 윤리경영, 조직시민행동에 대한 조절효과를 검증한 결과과 모두 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 윤리경영의 실천을 기반으로 조직의 신뢰분위기가 구성원들의 조직시민행동을 유발하게 되어 조직성과와 기업경쟁력에 크게 기여한다는 것을 알 수 있다.


The Role of Trust on the Relationship between Business Ethics and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Kap-Soo Heo*ㆍSang-Woo Byun** Business ethics is moral principle and rule that should be considered in the selection of means for the achievement of goals of business management. Today, business ethics as a process of decision making of company's management is very important in making both trust and organizational citizenship behaviors. This study the moderating role of trust in the relationship between employee' perception of business ethics and organizational citizenship behaviors in the business organization. also, this research is the thesis to verify how operation of business ethics and trust affect the organizational citizenship behaviors as the member of the company to accomplish the goals. Therefore, as for basic model of this study, business ethics becomes independent variable while organizational citizenship behaviors becomes dependent variables, and any model, which trust will play the moderating role for these two variables, has been established. This study has been made for 50 companies executing ethic management. Statistical analysis has been implemented by 445 questionnaires among 1,000 questionnaires. Results of statistical analysis are as followings; 1) Business ethics is determinant on the organizational citizenship behaviors, 2) The trust in organization and supervisor moderate the relationship between the business ethics and the organizational citizenship behaviors 3) The trust in organization and supervisor impact on the organizational citizenship behaviors.
