본 연구는 한국무용정신의 구성요소와 교수방법에 근거하여 통합적 한국무용정신 교육프로그램을 개발, 적용, 그리고 평가하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 우선, 프로그램 개발에 있어 Seels와 Richey의 ‘ADDIE 모형’을 적용하여, ‘분석-설계-개발-실행-평가’ 절차에 따라 통합적 한국무용정신 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 ‘입문, 기본, 심화’ 수준으로 총 12차시가 구성되었으며, 각 차시의 학습단계로 ‘지각-이해-적용-감상-종합’의 5단계가 구조화되었다. 한편, 본 프로그램은 20세 이상의 일반 성인남녀를 대상으로 실시하였으며, 5명의 주제보자와의 심층면담을 통해 프로그램 평가를 실시하였다. 평가는 ‘프로그램 자체(목표, 내용, 방법)’와 ‘프로그램 실행(지도, 운영)’의 차원으로 분류되었다. 먼저 프로그램 자체에 대한 평가이다. 학습자들은 목표의 측면과 관련하여 ‘한국무용정신의 내면화와 춤에 대한 동기화’가 가능했다고 말하고, 내용적 측면과 관련하여 ‘이론과 실기가 통합되고 점차 심화되는 내용’을 긍정적으로 평가하며, 방법적 측면과 관련하여 ‘이해와 성찰을 돕는 다각적인 방법’이 효과적이었다고 언급한다. 다음은 프로그램 실행에 대한 평가이다. 지도의 측면과 관련하여 ‘지도자의 신뢰와 열정’이 한국무용정신 학습에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳤다고 말하며, 운영의 측면과 관련하여 ‘탄력적이며, 협조적인 운영방식’이 효과적이었다고 평가한다. 마지막으로, 향후 지속되어야 할 핵심적 사안을 연구·교육·정책적 차원에서 제시한다.
The purpose of this study was to develop, apply, and evaluate of an Integrated Education Program based on the components and educational methods for the Spirit of Korean Dance. First of all, we developed of an Integrated Education Program for the Spirit of Korean Dance according to ‘analysis- design-development-application -evaluation' process applying ‘ADDIE Model' by Seels & Richey. This programme was composed of 12 classes which was‘introduction, basic, advanced' levels. And we structured the learning steps, ‘perception-understanding-application-appreciation -synthesization'. Meanwhile, we applied this programme to adult male and female over 20 years old, and evaluated through in-depth interviews with 5 participants. The evaluation was divided into ‘programme itself(object, content, method)' and ‘programme application(teaching, management)'. Participants evaluated this programme itself positively in aspects of enabling participants to embody the Spirit of Korean Dance and synchronize to Korean Dance, contents combined theory with practice and more deepened, teaching methods for understanding and reflection. And participants evaluated this programme application positively in aspects of natural learning through the teacher's trust and passion, flexible and co-operative management style. Lastly, we proposed some suggestions related research, education, and policy.
